Welcome to Polish&Bond! I am delighted to provide you with a relaxing and elevated nail experience, where every detail is designed with care. To ensure the best service, please take a moment to review policies below. Deposits are mandatory and will be charged upon appointment approval. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are valid for one month from the original appointment and do not carry over beyond that. A new deposit will be required for appointments after that original month. SALON WORK & work done outside of Polish&Bond: I only provide services for nails that I have previously worked on and if needing a acrylic removal done by other salons please add a soak off to your appointment. — consult with me if you are concerned about your nail health with removals from other salons. I may remove any gel products, but you must ensure to book a removal service. TARDINESS: I allow a 10-minute grace period for tardiness. Appointments will be automatically canceled and new deposit will have to be sent when rescheduling. CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS: I must receive notification of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior. A 100% charge will be incurred for no-show appointments. Failure to settle this fee will prohibit future bookings. RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 HOURS prior to your appointment scheduled. You may do so using your confirmation email/text you received when the appointment was made. Things happen, but if you have to cancel/reschedule after the 48 hour mark, you will have to contact (602)583-1766 For optimal results, I recommend scheduling a refill every 3 weeks. Following multiple refills, I advise booking a soak-off and a full set to maintain the durability of your nail enhancements and promote natural nail health and to keep them looking fabulous!
